ADELSHEIM- Oregon - Bryan Creek Pinot Noir 2013 - 0,75 Liter - 93 Points -Wine Enthusiast

Young and tight, this is packed with bright berry fruit annotated with brown spices. There are streaks of sandalwood and mocha, and the flavors smooth out nicely as it glides into a lingering, delicious finish.
92 Points - Wine Advocate -Robert Parker
The 2013 Pinot Noir Bryan Creek Vineyard has a satisfying bouquet of blackberry, briary and raspberry preserve all well-defined and nicely focused. The palate is well-balanced with crisp acidity, fine tannin and plenty of bright red cherry, black currant and allspice notes. This is excellent and should give a decade?s worth of pleasure, possibly more.

Situated high (600-800 ft.) on the southern slope of the Chehalem Mountains AVA, resulting in a slower ripening process, longer hang time, and more flavor development ~ Deep, rich, basaltic-origin, clay-loam soils that store enough moisture to support the grapevines through summer drought ~ Plants grow through organic topsoil into the bedrock below, creating a stuggle for the vines with resulting nuanced flavors ~ Interaction of old roots and clay creates a complex minerality, dark black fruit flavor, and a balanced canopy.
